Cycle Zambia 2018

Cycle 490km through beautiful Zambia to a spectacular finish line at Victoria Falls.

Landlocked in Southern Africa, Zambia is defined by its rivers, lakes and of course, its waterfalls - most famous of which is the 2km wide and 1,003km deep Victoria Falls, the largest waterfall in the world, and aptly known by locals as 'The Smoke that Thunders'.

Enormous lakes, rich wetlands and breath-taking African sunsets all contribute to the country's scenic splendour. In addition to its natural wonders, Zambia offers a taste of its diverse tribal and cultural heritage through its craftwork, music, dance & traditional ceremonies.

There are two ways in which you can fund your Cycle Zambia challenge. Both methods require you to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £299 when you sign up for the challenge.

Minimum Sponsorship

Select the charity closest to your heart or one of the charities registered to our Open Challenge programme, register for the challenge and then fundraise £4,000. Providing you have raised the funds 10 weeks before the challenge your charity will pay the tour costs on your behalf with the remaining money and any money you raise over your minimum sponsorship going directly to support the work of your charity.

Self Funding with Sponsorship

Pay the tour costs yourself, 10 weeks before the challenge and then fundraise as much as you can for the charity of your choice (or make a donation) but there is no minimum sponsorship requirement.
